It is so interesting to me and a bit wild that this was the post that really went viral and started some interesting conversations. I guess because it is a bit controversial in the modern world we live in. Little did I know, my 10-minute thrown-together Instagram Reel would reach a striking 772,910 plays. The 8-second video has over 1,000 HOURS of watch time.

To be honest, I don’t know much about what goes viral or how to create these results consistently, but I have learned that telling stories and creating a bit of controversy are two ways.

Who would have thought? A short video of me baking a pie with the words “your husband works hard for you to be home and this is how you thank him”.

I feel like being a traditional mother and wife is rebellious these days. We are taught to run away from our homes, chase fancy careers, and be independent. But what if there are still little girls out there who want a husband to provide for them, to be taken care of while also taking care of their home? What if there is a whole generation of girls that wish for a fulfilled SIMPLE life but they don’t even know it exists?

If this is your image of success, share it with others. Be bold and stand out. There is no shame in this lifestyle and sharing your happiness is not vain. It just might inspire a little girl she still has purpose in her home.
